摘　　要：天鸥矿业公司选矿厂使用CADI（碳化物奥铁体球墨铸铁）磨球后与高铬磨球相比，磨球单耗降低了31.02％-62.50％。电耗降低了6.29％。生产出的精矿细度要细，球磨机按新生成-75mm含量计算的处理量略高。运行180d后，磨机内几乎没有失圆和破碎的CADI磨球，也没有磨球堵塞格子板的情况出现。After utilization of CADI（ carbide austempered ductile iron）mill balls at the concentrator of Tianou mining company, the consumes of high chromium balls decreace 31.02% - 62.50%. The energy consumes decrease 6.29%. The grind fineness of the concentrates is fine. The yield of -75μclass for the mill increases little. The cracked and nonspherical CADI balls in mill undiscovered. The grids of mill were walled by CADI balls.
