摘  要:配煤生产活性炭是近年来开发的一项新技术,本研究对七台河煤与依兰混合煤,采用KOH化学活化法在氮气保护下制得高比表面活性炭,研究其对水溶液中苯酚的吸附性能。热力学研究结果表明,吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温模型,其对苯酚的吸附量随温度的升高而下降,吸附热力学参数△H为-9.6108 kJ·mol-1,△S为-20.0541 J·mol-1·K-1,△G均为负值。该研究结果进一步促进了活性炭制备工艺新技术在国内外的推广应用,并提高了我国活性炭产品在国际市场的竞争力。Activated carbon prepared by blending coal is a kind of new technology in recent years. HSAAC is prepared from coal blending test of Qitaihe Coal and Yilan Coal with KOH activation method under N2 protection, to study its adsorption property for phenol in aqueous solution. Thermodynamics studies showed that adsorption could be described by Freundlich isotherm model. Adsorption capacity of activated carbon for phenol decreases when temperature increases, the adsorption parameters of thermodynamics △H are -9.6108kJ·mol^-1,△S are -20.0541J·mol^-1·K^-1,△G are all negative, which further promotes the popularization and application of activated carbon preparation new technology at home and abroad, and improves the competitiveness of China's activated carbon products in the international market.
