摘  要:昆士兰镍业的雅布鲁镍冶炼厂运行至今已近40年,其在红土镍矿原矿与混合氢氧化镍钴(MHP)联合处理期间,年生产能力达到Ni 7.6kt、Co 3.5kt,是现存为数不多的Caron工艺提取红土镍矿大项目之一。本文在综述雅布鲁冶炼厂发展历史和现状的基础上,对其红土镍矿原矿与MHP联合处理工艺的运营情况、工艺流程、生产技术参数进行了详细的讨论,其中包括红土镍矿的前处理、还原焙烧、氨浸、MHP浸出、氨体系萃取镍钴分离、钴精炼工艺、镍的沉淀与煅烧还原;同时,对氨气和二氧化碳气体的回收、电力蒸汽等动力系统、气体的合成辅助车间进行了讲述。Yabulu Nickel Refinery of Queensland Nickel Pry Ltd has been operating for 40 years hitherto, and its produce capacity has reached 7.6kt nickel and 3.5kt cobalt per year during the period that nickel laterite ores and mixed nickel-cobalt hydroxide precipitate were leached in sequence. Yabulu Nickel Refinery now is one of the few projects which extracts nickel laterite ores using Caron process in the world. Based on the review for development history and current situation of Yabulu Nickel Refinery, Operation conditions, technical flow processes and production parameters on the integrated process, for instance, ore preparation, reduction roasting, leaching in ammoniacal solvent, separation of Ni and Co using solvent extraction, Co precipitation and refining, precipitation from solution of basic nickel carbonate (BNC)intermediate product, thermal decomposition and reduction of BNC. At the same time,auxiliary plants such as gas recovery,power and steam were described.
