摘 要:以空气-水为气液两相接触介质,以板式塔为热质传递的主要场所,设计一套热质同时传递实验装置,可以对水的温度、流量,以及空气的温度、湿度、流量进行调节,用于研究在不同的条件下,气液发生接触的现象和过程,做出定性分析,可以开展相关的实验教学,有利于增进对该过程的认识,引导学生积极思考和探索热质同时传递的现象与过程。Heat and mass transferring simultaneously is one of the basic forms of transmission .At present ,the chemical experiment teaching universally is focusing on the unit operation ,without a device used to study the process of heat-mass transferring simultaneously between gas and liquid .The design and building-up of such a device make experiments available ,in which the student is conduced to enhance understanding the phenomena and process of heat-mass transferring simultaneously .The device treats air/water as gas-liquid two phases contacting in a plate column ,which acts as the main place for heat-mass transferring .After setting up such a set of comprehensive experimental device ,the inlet water temperature and flow rate ,inlet-air temperature , humidity can be changed ,which can research the phenomenon and the process of gas-liquid contacting in different conditions ,and analyze qualitatively the application process .
