摘  要:故障自愈功能是配电网运行管理的重点和难点。针对配电网基本构成,设计并实现了配电网运行系统。结合配电自动化的技术特点和应用现状,构建了配电自动化物理系统平台。该测试平台的暂、稳态运行试验表明,测试系统采样准确、输出接口规范、功能灵活,完全满足配电网自愈运行需求。最后分别以分布智能型、集中型等2个故障自愈实例验证了该系统的有效性,计算了相应的自愈速度。For meeting the reliability demand ,different algorithms and tragedies of self-healing are widely applied to distribution network design and operation domain .The self-healing function for distribution network operation is currently a key and difficult point .In view of the essential distribution network structure ,a distribution network operating system is designed and implemented . Combined with the technical characteristics and application status of distribution automation ,a real distribution automation system platform is put into operation .The operation of test platform in the stable and transient status shows that the data sampling is accurate ,the output interface is standardized ,and the functions are flexible ,and it entirely meets self-healing requirements for feeder line . Also , two self-healing examples of both distributed mode and centralized mode for trunk line test prove the effectiveness of the system ,and the corresponding self-healing speed is calculated respectively .
