摘　　要：对高校大型仪器设备使用和管理存在的效益差、利用率低、设备运行数据不准确、档案管理不规范等问题进行了分析。采用基于信息化管理系统的大型仪器设备管理模式,可有效促进大型仪器设备开放共享,提供准确的大型设备相关数据支持,提高大型仪器设备使用效益及利用率。针对信息化管理模式实施的难点提出了解决思路。This article emphatically discusses the present situation about the using and the management of the large-scale instruments and equipment thoroughly .In view of the existing problems ,for example ,the benefit and utilization rate large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities are low ,the operation record of equipment related data is not accurate , and there exists the lack of consciousness of archive management .This article ,based on the informationization management system ,puts forward a new mode of management ,which can provide the large-scale equipment accurate data ,and improve the use benefit of large-scale instruments and equipment and utilization ratio .
