摘　　要：为适应研究生培养机制改革的需要,清华大学采用了以助教、助研、助管"三助"岗位体系为主要内容的研究生培养资助体系,并通过信息化支撑平台实现研究生"三助"工作的规范化管理,形成清华大学研究生"三助"工作管理与服务体系,取得了很好的应用效果。In step with the reforms on the system of graduate education ,Tsinghua University has set up a financial aid system consisting of teaching ,research ,and administrative assistantships .Standardized by the management of these assistantships on the digitalized platform ,the system has been part of the management and service network in the university’s graduate education .
