摘　　要：阐述了国内外训练舰的发展历程、现状及发展特点,总结了世界各国训练舰采用的主要管理机制,针对我国训练舰发展现状与海上实践教学训练需求不相适应的问题,从建立和健全远航训练活动长效机制、扩大我国训练舰艇规模和数量、成立海军远航实习训练中心和海上训练中心、重视对学员航海文化的传承教育等方面提出几点对策与建议。This paper reviews the training ships’ development process ,actualities and characteristics at home and abroad ,and summarizes the main management mechanism of training ships around the world .Because the the development of training ships does not adapt to the requirements of the marine practical teaching training in China ,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward ,such as establishing and improving the long term effective marine training mechanism , expanding the size and number of training ships ’ in China , establishing naval voyage practice center and training center at sea ,attaching great importance to the marine cultural heritage education to students ,etc .
