摘　　要：过度的操作风险在一定程度上不利于银行业的持续稳定发展,也暴露出银行业经营体系的内在脆弱性。分析商业银行操作风险的传导载体及传导路径,设计商业银行操作风险预警系统的指标体系,并进一步构建商业银行操作风险预警系统的警示模型,完成商业银行操作风险预警系统的构建过程。To some extent, excessive operational risk is not conducive to the sustainable and steady development of banking sector, and also exposes the inherent fragility of the banking operation system. An analysis is made on the transmission carrier and transmission path for operational risks of commercial banks, designing early-warning indicator system for operational risks of commercial banks, further building the warning model of early-warning system for operational risks of commercial banks, so as to complete the construction process of operational risk early-warning system of commercial banks.
