摘　　要：村民自治是我国在广大农村实行的一种最基层的民主政治制度,村民自治在实施过程中还面临诸多困境。要以民主、法治、公平等政治价值目标引领,完善村民自治制度,使之保持正确的方向。the villager autonomy is one of the most grass-roots democratic pohtlcal systems implemen- ted in China in the vast rural areas. Villagerg autonomy is facing many difficulties during the implementa- tion process. This paper studies how to improve the villager autonomy system, the importance of rule of law, and how to reform the system that can lead to democracy. Only by setting up democratic villager au- tonomy system, we can have a fairness and political value and maintain the correct political orientation.
