摘 要:为研究饲粮中添加单宁酸对家兔营养物质消化率和氮平衡指标的影响。选择60日龄左右体重相近的健康獭兔30只,随机分为5组,分别饲喂添加0、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%单宁酸的日粮,采用全收粪尿法进行消化代谢试验,预饲期和正饲期各7 d。研究发现:饲喂添加单宁酸的日粮组家兔,对DM、CP、Ash、GE、Ca、P、CF和NDF的表观消化率均高于对照组;试验组家兔的氮总利用率和氮净利用率均高于对照组,且随着单宁酸添加量的增加两指标也呈增高趋势;试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组的血清总蛋白含量显著高于试验Ⅱ组和对照组(P<0.05);试验组家兔血清尿素氮含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结果表明:在家兔日粮中添加单宁酸可以提高家兔对主要营养物质的表观消化率、血清总蛋白含量、氮总利用率和氮净利用率,降低血清尿素氮含量,使家兔机体处于较高水平的正氮平衡状态。This study was performed to investigate the effects of tannic acid on digestion of nutrientsand nitrogen balance of rabbits. A total of 30 healthy rex rabbits(60 d of age) were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups. All groups were fed with basal diet plus 0, 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15% and0.20% TC. Total fecal collection method was applied in the digestion and metabolism experment, bothpre-trial and trial period was 7 d. The results showed that the groups fed with tannic acid were higherin DM, CP, Ash, GE, Ca, P, CF and NDF apparent digestibility than the control; the experimentalgroups rabbits the nitrogen utilization rate and net nitrogen utilization rate were higher than the controlgroup, with the increasing addition of TC, the two indexes were shown increasing trend; the serum TPcontent of group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴwas significantly higher than group Ⅱ and the control group(P〈0.05);the serum BUN content of the experimental groups was significantly lower then the control group(P〈0.01). It was concluded that adding appropriate TC in rabbit diet could improve the apparent digestibility of major nutrients, the serum TP content, nitrogen utilization rate and net nitrogen utilization rate,reduce the serum BUN content, and keep the body in a higher level situation of positive nitrogen bal-ance.
