摘  要:目的:研究高压氧治疗大鼠创伤性脑损伤的疗效及其保护机制。方法:健康成年雄性SD大鼠24只,随机分为对照组和高压氧治疗组。采用Feeney法制造局灶性脑创伤模型,在相应的时间点处死大鼠,观察脑组织含水量及脑组织核转录因子κB(NF-κB)表达的变化。结果:高压氧治疗后,对照组的脑组织含水量显著高于治疗组,对照组的NF-κB的表达显著高于治疗组。结论:高压氧单次9h超早期治疗能减轻脑水肿,有显著的脑保护作用,初步显示了其疗效,其机制可能通过降低NF-κB起到脑保护作用。Objective:To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)in the treatment of traumatic brain injury in rats and its protective mechanism.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into control group and HBOT group.Rats were undergone moderate brain injury.Fourteen hours and 3 days after injury,the water content and the expression of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-KB)were measured.Results:The water content of brain tissue in control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group.The expression of NF- KB in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group (P〈0.01).Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen can reduce the water content of brain tissue ,there is significant brain protection effect,and its mechanism may be through decreasing the expression of NF-KB in the brain.
