摘　　要：目的:探讨局部皮瓣在耳廓部分缺损修复术中的应用。方法:选择耳前局部皮瓣、皮下蒂皮瓣、改良菱形皮瓣及耳后局部皮瓣修复耳廓组织缺损。结果:本组患者术后伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,皮瓣移植成活,无坏死,肤色及质地正常,瘢痕较隐蔽。随访6个月以上,耳廓外形满意,瘢痕不明显。结论:局部皮瓣在耳廓部分缺损修复术中的应用,效果理想,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the application of local flap in the repair of partial auricular defect. Methods Choice in front of the ear flaps,subcutaneous pedicle flap, modified rhomboid flap and ears after skin flap to repair tissue defect of auricle. Results This group of patients,the wound healed well after operation,the survived flap,no necrosis,skin color and texture is normal,scar is concealed, followed up over 6 months,the auricle appearance was satisfactory,the scars are not obvious. Conclusion The application of local flap in the repair of partial auricular defect,the postoperative effect is more ideal,It is worthy of clinical application.
