阿维A胶囊联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗顽固性扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阿维A胶囊联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗顽固性扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:将93例扁平疣患者随机分成两组。治疗组47例,对照组46例,两组患者均肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液1ml,隔日1次,外用0.1%维A酸乳膏;治疗组同时口服阿维A胶囊,20mg/天,治疗后4、8周末观察疗效。结果:对照组治疗4、8周末的有效率分别为58.70%和71.74%,治疗组分别为78.72%和89.36%,两组患者4、8周末的有效率比较均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿维A胶囊联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗顽固性扁平疣疗效确切,复发率低。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Acitretin plus BCG-PSN （ polysaccharide and nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin for injection） for the treatment of refractory Verruca planae. Methods Ninety-three patients with Verruca planae were randomly divided into two groups. 47 cases were in treatment group, 46 cases were in control group. The patients of two groups both were given BCG-PSN lmL i.m. once every other day, were given topical 0.1% tretinoin cream; patients in treatment group were given Acitretin 20mg,one time every day. We evaluated the efficacy in the forth and eighth week. Results The effective rates in control group were 58.70% and 71.74% respectively in the forth and eighth week. The effective rates in treatment group were 78.72% and 89.36% respectively. The total effective rates were significant differences between the two groups in the forth and eighth week （P〈0.05）.The rate of recurrence in treatment group was lower than it in control group obviously （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acitretin combined with BCG-PSN is effective in the treatment of refractory Verruca ~lanae,the rate of recurrence is low.
