薄芝片联合复方甘草酸苷并梅花针治疗轻型斑秃

摘　　要：目的:观察薄芝片联合复方甘草酸苷并梅花针治疗轻型斑秃的疗效。方法:60例患者,随机分为两组。治疗组:30例,口服薄芝片联合复方甘草酸苷,同时给予梅花针治疗;对照组:30例,口服胱氨酸和复合维生素B。两组患者均给予5%米诺地尔外用,疗程为3个月。结果:治疗组痊愈率66.7%,有效率90.0%;对照组痊愈率30.0%,有效率66.7%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:薄芝片联合复方甘草酸苷并梅花针治疗轻型斑秃疗效确切,副作用小。Objective To observe the efficacy for treating the mild alopecia areata by BozhiPian combined with compound glycyrrhizin and plum-blossom needle. Methods 30 cases＇ treatment group took BozhiPian and compound glycyrrhizin, at the same time to accept the plum-blossom needle therapy. And 30 cases＇ control group took cystine and vitamin B complex. All patients were given 5% minoxidil topical therap. The treatment is 3 months. Results The cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7% and 90.0% respectively, those of the control group was 30.0% and 66.7% respectively. There was significant difference between two-groups＂ effective rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion BozhiPian combined with compound glycyrrhizin and plum-blossom needle treatment of the mild alopecia areata shows assured efficacy and less side effects.
