摘 要:目的 研究丹参酮ⅡA防治肌腱粘连的作用机制.方法 制作大鼠跟腱粘连模型,分为实验组和对照组,实验组局部注射丹参酮ⅡA.通过组织学观察及统计学分析,比较实验组与对照组跟腱粘连情况.结果 大体观察结果显示实验组较对照组发生跟腱粘连少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).组织学观察结果显示实验组的胶原纤维和成纤维细胞数量较正常跟腱组织增加,排列相对规则,而对照组的胶原纤维和成纤维细胞数量也明显增加,但排列不规则.结论 丹参酮ⅡA对大鼠跟腱粘连模型具有减少粘连发生的作用.Objective To study the mechanism of tanshinone Ⅱ A in preventing tendon adhesion.Methods The Achilles tendon adhesion model was created in SD rats which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Local injection of tanshinone Ⅱ A in the Achilles tendon was carried out in the experimental group,while saline was injected in the control group.The degree of Achilles tendon adhesion was compared between the two groups through histologic observation and statistical analysis.Results Gross observation revealed less adhesion of Achilles tendon in the tanshinone [Ⅱ A group than in the control group.The extent of adhesion between the two groups was significantly different (P < 0.05).Histological evaluation showed increase in the number of collagen fibers and fibroblasts in tanshinone Ⅱ A treated tendons compared to normal tendon tissue.The orientation of the fibers and cells was relatively regular.In the control group,collagen fibers and fibroblasts were significantly increased and disoriented.Conclusion Tanshinone Ⅱ A can effectively prevent and treat tendon adhesion in a rat Achilles tendon model.
