1000例高血压病患者经颅多普勒血流图结果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析40岁以上不同年龄段高血压病人经颅多普勒血流图，了解血流速度快慢、动脉硬化与年龄、高血压病的关系。方法：从1000例受检高血压病患者，将其分成四个年龄组，计算血流速度增快的血管数、血流减慢的血管数、以及PI值增高的血管数，并计算其占同龄人数中的比例。结果：高血压病对脑血管血流动力学有显著影响，高血压患者应将经颅多普勒列为常规检查项目。Objective To investigate the relationship of blood flow rate, arteriosclerosis, age and hypertension by analyzing Transcranial Doppler （TCD） results of different age group of hypertension patients above 40. Method To divide 1000 cases of hypertension patients into 4 age groups and count the number of blood vessels with increased blood flow speed, decreased blood flow speed, increased PI index and their ratio in the same age group. Result In view of the significant influence of Hypertension on cerebral vascular hemodynamics, patients with hypertension should take TCD as a conventional test.
