城市空间特色的提炼与规划——以常州为例

摘　　要：随着社会经济的进一步发展,城市的空间特色逐渐成为城市下一阶段转型发展所关注的重点,如何构筑彰显空间特色的系统是常州城市面临的巨大挑战。规划遵循空间特色认知的基本规律,以公众参与为基础,科学梳理、评估常州的各项资源,提炼空间特色口号,明确并划分城市特色区,并继而提出空间特色的总体结构和相关系统性控导要求。从而在技术方法及成果内容等方面对城市空间特色规划进行了有益的探索。With the further development of social economy, characteristics of urban space has become the key point of restructuring and development. How to form the characteristics for urban space is a big challenge for Changzhou city. To deal with this problem, we follow the basic cognitive rules of space characteristics and uphold the concept of public participation. Firstly, we comb and assess every resources of Changzhou city. Secondly, we refine the slogan of spatial characteristics and determine the characteristic area. Thirdly, we define the general structure and the requirements of control and guide. Finally, we work out some effective methods and achievements which can be referenced by other planning of spatial characteristics.
