波纹轨腰钢轨的力学性能和显微组织研究

摘  要:波纹轨腰钢轨是在波纹腹板H型钢的基础上提出的。建立了普通钢轨和波纹轨腰钢轨的有限元模型,用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件比较了波纹轨腰钢轨和普通钢轨的动力学性能。并在材料实验机上进行了波纹轨腰钢轨的静力学实验。通过动态模拟和静力学实验均表明波纹轨腰钢轨的力学性能优于普通钢轨。对波纹轨腰钢轨和普通轨进行显微组织观测分析,波纹轨腰钢轨的显微组织与之相差不大。由此得出,波纹轨腰钢轨的力学性能优越的原因在于其特殊的结构形式。The corrugated web rail is put forward based on corrugated web H-beam. The finite element model of traditional rail and corrugated web rail were established. By using the software ANSYS-LSDYNA, the dynamic properties of the corrugated web rail was compared with that of traditional rail. Static test of corrugated web rail was experimented with material test machine. The dynamic simulation and static experiment both indicate that the mechanical properties of the corrugated web rail are superior to those of the traditional rail. The microstructure of the corrugated web rail and traditional rail were observed and analyzed. The microstructure of the corrugated web rail has little difference with that of traditional rail. Thus, the special structure is main reason that mechanical property of the corrugated web rail is superior to that of traditional rail.
