某异形钩头螺栓平锻成形工艺研究

摘  要:某异形钩头螺栓的形状结构较为复杂,在3.15 MN水平分模平锻机上试制时,存在充填差、飞刺过大、表层金属折叠等问题。究其原因主要为聚料不理想。为此,对锻件聚料模具进行了改进。并基于Deform-3D有限元软件对聚料改进工艺进行了模拟分析。结果表明:聚料改进工艺能够有效地提高聚料效果,满足形状尺寸要求。3.15 MN水平分模平锻机能够满足聚料所需成形力。The shape and structure of a special hook-head bolt are more complex. There were problems of a poor filling, the oversized burr and surface metal folding when trialed on 3.15MN horizontal forging machine with horizontal parting die. The main reason is unmindful collecting material. The collecting die of the forging was improved. Improving process of collecting material was simulated based on Deform-3D finite element analysis software. The results show that improving process can effectively improve collecting material effect and meet the requirements of shape and size. And 3.15MN horizontal forging machine with horizontal parting die can satisfy the forming force of the collecting material.
