摘  要:根据盘毂零件特点,运用Deform-3D软件对其进行了冷挤压成形数值模拟。对成形过程中关键部位的应力、应变、流速情况作了分析,并在此基础上提出了合理的冷挤压模具设计方案。实验表明,模具工作稳定,冲头载荷低,齿部具有较好表面质量,力学性能好,设备投资少,具有显著的经济价值。According to the characteristics of disc hub part, its cold extrusion forming was numerically simulated by using Deform-3D software. The stress, strain and velocity of key positions in the forming process were analyzed. And on the basis of this, the reasonable design scheme of cold extrusion die was presented. The experiments show that the die work is stable, the punch load is low, the gear has good surface quality, mechanical properties are excellent and equipment investment is little, which has significant economic value.
