摘 要:U71Mn重轨在安装使用半年后现场探伤时发现裂纹。通过现场取样,运用宏观及微观分析方法,对重轨裂纹进行了分析。结果表明:裂纹起源于重轨闪光对焊余高根部裂隙,并在工作应力作用下不断扩展。通过改善焊接接头余高形状,使其为圆弧过渡可有效防止此类问题的发生。A crack of U71Mn heavy rail was found when it was used for less than half a year. By sampling on the spot whcre the cracked raill works, the cracked rail was analyzed by macroscopical observation and examination. It shows that the crack comes from the root of weld reinforcement of flash butt welding and the crack expands through stress concentration. This kind of problem can be resolved by making the weld reinforcement shape, such as arc transition.
