摘 要:加热输送原油管道低输量可使管线沿线温降增大,油品温度降低,黏度增大,流动性变差;较低的温度导致油温低于析蜡点,甚至处于析蜡高峰期,最终增大管壁结蜡厚度,减少管线有效运行管径,导致沿线摩阻增大;同时降低泵及加热炉等设备效率,增大能耗损失,不利于设备维护。对长呼原油管道油温、地温、沿线温降、凝点及沿线压力损失进行分析,确定管线结蜡最严重的两个管段,通过调整加热炉启用方式实现节能降耗,沿线油品到达末站物性满足运行要求,为在低输量运行时制定安全、节能的运行方案提供数据支持。Low transportation temperature will result in oil temperature lower than wax precipitation point, pipeline wall wax precipitation thickness increase, effective operation pipeline diameter decrease and pipeline friction increase. At the same time, efficiency of pump and heating furnace will be decreased and energy consumption will be increased, which will be adverse to equipment maintenance. Conducted is analysis on oil temperature, ground temperature, temperature drop, condensation points and pressure loss along Chang-Hu high waxy crude oil pipeline and identified are two pipeline segments with the most serious wax precipitation. Adjusted is the startup mode of the heating furnace to save energy and reduce consumption, physical properties of oils transported to the terminal meet relative operating requirements, which can provide data support when safe and energy-saving operation plan is prepared for low flow operation.
