摘  要:普光气田天然气净化厂年处理天然气能力为120×108m3,年产净化气能力93×108m3,是国内首座百亿立方米级高酸性天然气净化厂。因为处理量大,在实际生产过程中,天然气损耗量也非常大。为了控制天然气的损耗,从工艺流程、设计参数等方面着手,研究了产生天然气损耗的原因,并通过采取降低开停工天然气损耗、增加闪蒸气的回收利用率、降低装置自用气三方面措施,大大降低了普光气田天然气净化厂的天然气损耗。该研究对其他高含硫天然气处理装置有一定的参考意义。Puguang gas purification plant, with an annual gas processing capacity of 120×108m3 and an annual purified gas output capacity of 93×108m3, is the first high sour gas purification plant with 100×108m3 processing capacity in China up to now. Natural gas consumption amount is very large due to its large processing capacity. In order to control and reduce gas consumption as far as possible, optimized are technological process and design parameters and analyzed are causes of large gas consumption. Taken are such measures as decreasing gas consumption during startup and shutdown, increasing flash steam recovery and utilization and lowering self-used gas of equipment, accordingly, gas consumption amount of the plant is greatly reduced. The study result can provide valuable reference for other high sour gas processing units.
