摘  要:空气泡沫驱作为三次采油的开采技术,其泡沫体系的配制与筛选起着至关重要的作用。针对吉林油田高温高盐的油藏条件,进行了空气泡沫驱的泡沫体系筛选与评价实验,采用Warning Blender搅拌法,以泡沫综合指数为评价指标,对9种耐高温高盐起泡剂单剂进行室内初选。实验表明:筛选出的起泡剂主剂LW具有良好的耐温性、耐盐性、抗遇油消泡性。将筛选出的起泡剂主剂LW分别与不同类型的起泡剂复配,评价复配体系的性能,评价结果表明:起泡剂主剂LW与非离子起泡剂NO以3∶7和与两性离子起泡剂AM以9∶1的质量比复配能够大幅提升泡沫体系的性能,最终为吉林油田空气泡沫驱泡沫体系复配提供了可行性方案。Air-foam flooding is an important technology in tertiary recovery and preparation and selection of its foam system are very important. Based on high temperature and high salinity oil reservoir conditions in Jilin Oilfield, conducted is research on selection and evaluating experiments of foam system in air-foam flooding. Adopted is the Warning Blender mixing method, foam complex index is taken as evaluation index and conducted is indoor primary selection of 9 kinds of foaming agents. Experiment results show that the selected primary surfactant LW has good temperature and salt resistance and defoaming capability. Compounded is the primary surfactant LW with different types of foaming agents respectively according to a reasonable proportion and proposed is a feasible plan for foam system in air-foam flooding of Jilin Oilfield.
