摘  要:河南某铜锌矿含Cu0.60%、Zn3.30%、S11.20%,由于原生产工艺不合理,导致未生产出合格的铜、锌精矿,因此根据其矿石特点,优化了其选矿工艺技术条件,并对工艺流程进行改进和浮选药剂制度优化,获得了较好的选别技术指标。在工业试验中,铜精矿铜品位和回收率分别为20.33%和83.85%,锌精矿锌品位和回收率分别为44.88%和85.03%,取得了较好的经济效益。A copper-zinc sulphide ore in Henan Province contains 0.60% Cu,3.30% Zn and 11 .20%S,since the original production process is not reasonable , qualified copper and zinc con-centrate are not produced .Therefore , according to the characteristics of the ore ,optimization study on the flotation technology of it was carried out and the industrial test was also made .The benefici-ation process were optimized and the reagent addition was improved to get better flotation index .In the industrial test , a copper concentrate and a zinc concentrate were both obtained .The grade of the copper concentrate is 20 .33%with a recovery of 83 .85%, and the grade of the zinc concen-trate is 44 .88%with a recovery of 85 .03%.
