摘 要:以贵州务正道地区某沉积型铝土矿为研究对象,采用选择性磨矿富集粗粒级—复合捕收剂DK-1浮选微细粒有用矿物—混合精矿高梯度磁选机除铁的工艺,针对Al2O3品位57.24%、TFe品位13.66%、铝硅比为5.76的原矿,获得铝精矿Al2O3品位67.50%、铝回收率70.15%、铁精矿TFe品位49.60%、铁回收率49.45%的试验指标。该研究为贵州地区沉积型铝土矿脱硅除铁工艺的开发提供了良好依据。A sedimentary type bauxite in Wuzhengdao area of guizhou province contains 57 .24%aluminum and 13 .66%iron with a A/S of 5 .76 .Using a process of coarse grinding for selective enrichment of coarse particles -flotation of fine valuable mineral particles with composite collector DK1-removal of iron impurities from the mixed concentrate by high gradient magnetic separation , an aluminum concentrate with grade of 67 .50%and recovery of 70 .15%, and an iron concentrate with grade of 49 .60%and recovery of 49 .45%were obtained .The research provides technical ba-sis of desilication and deironing for bauxite utilization in the area of Guizhou province .
