摘 要:为解决锚杆低应变动测分析时,应力波速缺乏有效的量化手段的问题,进行多点布测方式下锚杆锚固质量的室内测试实验,并采用db6小波的3尺度或4尺度分析方法对测试信号进行分析。研究表明,多点布测的方式能准确确定波速的大小和波速传播过程中的变化大小在顶端传感器信号中的反应;对于单一缺陷的锚杆,采用平均波速计算的缺陷位置和锚杆长度与实际结果吻合,对于多缺陷锚杆,采用分段计算法能避免各测段波速离散性的影响,提高应力波检测精度;波速离散性较大,采用应力波速变化值比应力波速更能反映锚杆质量;锚杆的底端反射时间可在低频信号a3或a4中反应是由于低频信号反应大缺陷、高频反应细部缺陷的缘故。In order to solve the problem of the lack of effective quantitative method of stress wave velocity, indoor test was carried out with multi-point distribution measurement, and the db6 wavelet scale 3 or 4 dimension analysis method were adopted to analyze the test signal. This study show that the size of the wave velocity can be determined accurately as well as the signal of the change of wave velocity can be responded in the top of the sensor by using the multi-point distribution measurement. For the anchor bolt with a single defect, the defect position is obtained by using the average wave velocity and the calculated anchor length are consistent with the actual results, while adopting subsection calcula- tion method for the more defects anchor to avoid the influence of discrete wave velocity of each measurement section. Compared with the stress wave velocity, its change can reflect the quality of anchor bolt better due to larger discrete- ness, based on that the bottom reflection time can be presented in the low frequency signal as a3 or a4 , since that the low frequency signals big defects while high ones represent the detail.
