摘 要:采用热压烧结工艺制备铝电解用17Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷惰性阳极材料,研究保温时间对其致密度、力学性能、导电性能以及断口形貌的影响。研究结果表明:保温时间对17Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷材料的致密度、硬度以及导电性能影响不大,但对材料的抗弯强度与抗热震性有一定影响,当保温时间由10 min延长到40 min时,金属陶瓷材料的抗弯强度从84.61 MPa提高到125.89 MPa,抗热震性也提高10.22%,但保温时间过长反而使抗弯强度和抗热震性降低。此外,当保温时间为20 min时,金属陶瓷材料的综合性能力学性能及导电性最好。17Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2O4) cermet inert anodes for aluminum electrolysis were prepared by hot-press sintering process, and the effects of holding time on the density, mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and fracture morphology were discussed. The results show that the effect of holding time on the material density, hardness and electrical conductivity is not obvious, but it has a certain influence on the bending strength and thermal shock resistance of the cermet. The bending strength of 17Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2O4) cermet increases from 84.61 MPa to 125.89 MPa as the holding time increases from 10 min to 40 min and the thermal shock resistance is also increased by 10.22%. However, if the holding time is too long, the bending strength and thermal shock resistance decrease. In addition, when the holding time is 20 min, the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of 17Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2O4) cermet are the best.
