摘　　要：目的:对两种妇科腹腔镜麻醉方式对患者消化系统及生活质量的影响进行比较,寻求较佳的麻醉方式用于临床推广使用.方法:选取2011-06/2013-06于我院行腹腔镜择期手术的妇科患者158例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组79例.一组使用异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉,为观察组;一组使用七氟醚进行麻醉,为对照组.对两组研究对象麻醉效果、术后出现的消化系统不良反应及生活质量进行比较及统计学分析.结果:两组研究对象均顺利完成手术,麻醉效果的比较中观察组略高于对照组,但不具有显著差异性(P>0.05);在对消化系统的影响比较中,观察组出现恶心呕吐症状的病例数及程度均低于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05);在生活质量的比较中观察组优于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05).结论:异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉用于妇科腹腔镜手术的麻醉中具有疗效显著,对消化系统影响小等优势,从而改善患者的生活质量,具有重要的临床价值.AIM： To compare the anesthetic effect of propofol plus fentanyl vs sevoflurane in gynecological laparoscopic operations and assess their effect on the digestive system and the patient＇s quality of life.METHODS： One hundred and fifty-eight gynecologic patients who underwent elective laparoscopic operations at our hospital between June2011 and June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups（n = 79 for each group）： an observation group and a control group. The observation group was anesthetized with propofol combined with fentanyl, while the control group received sevoflurane for anesthesia. The anesthetic effect,adverse reactions of the digestive system, and the patient＇s quality of life were compared between the two groups.RESULTS： The operations were successful in all the subjects. There was no significant difference in the anesthetic effect between the observationgroup and control group（P〈0.05）. The number of patients who developed nausea and vomiting and their severity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The patient＇s quality of life was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION： Propofol combined with fentanyl in gynecological laparoscopic operations has better anesthetic effect and less impact on the digestive system and can therefore improve the quality of life of patients.
