一例家兔真菌性皮肤病的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：重庆市某兔场爆发传染性皮肤病,为确诊病因、控制病情,对表现明显临床症状的病兔进行病原分离及药敏试验。通过培养特性、菌落形态观察、镜检观察,初步判定为真菌性皮肤病;药敏试验表明,分离菌株对特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、益康唑敏感;根据药敏试验结果采用1%特比萘酚软膏和2mL/kg伊曲康唑注射液联合治疗后病情得到控制。One warren in Chongqing brokening out infectious skin disease, to diagnosing the cause and controlling the disease, isolation of pathogen and drug sensitivity test were performed on obvious clin- ical symptoms of disease in rabbits. Through cultural characteristics, colony morphology, microscopic ob- servation, the preliminary determination was fungal skin disease; drug sensitive test showed that the sensitive drugs for the fungi strains were terbinafine, itraconazole and econazole ; according to the result of drug sensitivity test, the disease treating with 1% terbinafine ointment and 2mL/kg itraconazole injection liquid was under control.
