摘　　要：目的分析临床重点专科与医学重点学科的不同点,厘清二者的关系,为临床重点专科建设和医学重点学科建设提供理论基础。方法采用文献研究法、比较分析法和访谈调查法。结果临床重点专科与医学重点学科在发展历程、主要目标、内涵要素、设置依据、建设对象、评估主体、评估标准7个方面存在不同之处。结论明确了临床重点专科与医学重点学科的不同之处,有助于制定切实有效的临床重点专科和医学重点学科建设措施,有利于促进卫生事业发展和医学教育发展。Objective： To analyze the differences between key clinical specialty and key medical discipline,clarify the relationship between them,and provide theoretical basis for key clinical specialty and key medical discipline. Method：The authors take the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and interview investigation. Result： There are differences of development history,main objective,connotative element,base for establishment,construction of the object,assessment criteria,and subject of assessment between key clinical specialty and key medical discipline. Conclusion： The authors clarify the differences between key clinical specialty and key medical discipline,which is beneficial to making effective measures for the construction of key clinical specialty and key medical discipline and the improvement in the developments of health undertaking and medical education.
