加减小柴胡汤治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加减小柴胡汤治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将50例过敏性鼻炎患儿运用加减小柴胡汤治疗。1月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果痊愈19例,显效21例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率为94%。结论加减小柴胡汤可扶正祛邪、调畅气机,治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效可靠,且远期疗效确切,能改善患儿体质,增强机体抗病能力,降低复发率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis. Methods 50 cases of allergic rhinitis were treated with modified Xiaochaihu Decoction, 1 month for a course, the therapeutic effects were observed after 1 course. Results 19 cases were cured, 21 cases markedly effective, 7 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction can strengthen the body＇ s resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, regulating the movement of qi, has reliable effect on allergic rhinitis, and its long-term curative effect is exact; also can improve children＇ s health, and enhance the body resistance to disease, reduce the recurrence rate.
