中药外洗配合耳穴贴压治疗手足口病患儿发热及皮疹80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药外洗配合耳穴贴压治疗手足口病发热及皮疹的临床疗效。方法将160例手足口病患儿随机分为对照组及治疗组各80例,对照组予常规抗病毒治疗及护理,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予中药外洗配合耳穴贴压。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组为65.0%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中药外洗配合耳穴贴压对手足口病发热及皮疹具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external washing with traditional Chinese medicine and auricular plaster therapy in treating hand-foot-mouth disease with fever and rash. Methods 160 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 80 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional antiviral therapy and nursing, treatment group was additionally given external washing plus auricular plaster therapy. Results The total effective rate was 93.8% in the treatment group, 65% in the control group, the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） , the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion External washing with traditional Chinese medicine and auricular plaster therapy has good effect on hand-foot-mouth disease with fever and rash, worthy of clinical promotion.
