新生儿出生48h～72h解除脐带结扎环对其脐部的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨新生儿出生48h^72h解除脐带结扎环对其脐部的影响。[方法]将自然分娩或剖宫产的200例足月儿随机分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组给予新生儿出生后常规每日脐带消毒,观察组在常规每日脐带消毒的基础上于新生儿出生后48h^72h解除脐带结扎环,观察两组新生儿脐带脱落时间、出血、渗血、脐炎发生情况。[结果]观察组脐带脱落时间短于对照组脐带脱落时间(P<0.05);观察组发生脐带渗血和脐炎的情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]新生儿脐带在常规每日消毒的基础上,于出生后48h^72h解除脐带结扎环可以有效缩短脐带脱落时间,减少渗血、脐炎的发生,且不会增加出血的可能。Objective：To probe into the influence of relieving umbilical cord ligation ring at 48 th h - 72 th h after birth on umbilical of newborns.Methods：The natural birth or caesarean section 200 cases of full-term children were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each.Newborns in control group were given routine daily umbilical cord disinfection after birth,besides that,newborns in observation group relieve umbilical cord ligation ring,then to observe the umbilical cord off time,bleeding,oozing,omphalitis situation in both groups.Results：The umbilical cord off time in observation group was shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）;cases occurred umbilical cord bleeding or omphalitis in observation group were significantly less than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：On the basis of daily routine disinfection to relieve umbilical cord ligation ring in newborn umbilical cord at 48 th h^72th h after birth can effectively shorten the umbilical cord off time,reduce occurrence of bleeding and omphalitis,and can＇t increase the risk of bleeding.
