摘  要:对柔性负荷进行互动调度目的是在保持发、供、用电动态均衡的情况下,选择最佳的用电响应方式,尽量减小峰谷负荷差,尽可能使电网接纳更多的新能源。通过建立基于系统动力学的柔性负荷参与电网互动模型,有效地分析柔性负荷参与电网互动后,峰、平、谷时段用电量的变化以及峰谷分时电价负荷响应量、电动汽车负荷响应量、可中断负荷响应量的系统动态特性,对提升新能源接入比例、电价的影响等特征属性。通过仿真分析,验证了模型在分析柔性负荷与电网相互作用的有效性和合理性。The purpose of flexible load scheduling is to minimize the peak-valley difference by adjusting the electric power consumption, as far as possible to accept more new energy generation capacity, while maintaining the dynamic equilibrium of power generation, power supply and load. This paper studied on the system dynamics simulation model of flexible load in interactive power grid. Firstly, it effectively analyzed peak, flat, valley load electricity consumption. Secondly the dynamic characteristics of time of use (TOU) load response capacity, electric car load response capacity, and interruptible load response capacity were simulated. Thirdly, the impacts of the proportion of new energy access, tariff and other features were described. The evaluation model was proved effective and rational by simulation results.
