Effects of LSV and LMoV infection on photosynthetic physiology and antioxidant enzymatic activity of lily

摘  要:以东方百合"西伯利亚"为试验材料,研究了百合无症病毒(LSV)和百合斑驳病毒(LMoV)侵染对植株光合生理和抗氧化酶活性的影响.检测结果表明:LSV侵染叶片中叶绿素a、b以及总叶绿素含量与健康叶片相比分别降低了15.8%、16.6%和11.1%;LMoV侵染叶片分别降低了24.3%、22.6%和16.5%.LSV侵染叶片中净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度与健康叶片相比分别降低了19.2%、13.4%和15.1%;LMoV侵染叶片分别降低了50.6%、48.2%和29.6%.LSV侵染叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性与健康对照组相比分别增加了24.6%、29.4%、16.5%和23.4%;LMoV侵染叶片分别增加了10.6%、18.2%、9.6%和19.6%.可见,百合植株光合生理和抗氧化酶活性均受到LSV和LMoV侵染的影响,危害程度LMoV高于LSV.Using the Lilium oriental hybrid ‘Siberian’as testing material,the effects of LSV and LMoV infection on photosynthetic physiology and antioxidant enzymatic activity of the lily were analyzed.The experimental results demonstrate that the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of the lily leaves infected with LSV reduce by 1 5 .8%, 1 6 .6% and 1 1 .1%, respectively,compared with the healthy leaves,and those of the lily leaves infected with LMoV reduce by 24.3%,22.6% and 16.5%,accordingly.The net photosynthetic rate (Pn),intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci )and stomatal conductance (Gs )of LSV infected leaves decrease by 1 9 .2%, 13.4% and 15.1%,respectively,compared with the healthy leaves.Pn,Ci and Gs of LMoV infected leaves decrease by 50.6%,48.2% and 29.6%.Compared with control groups,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),polyphenol oxidase (PPO)and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL)of the diseased lily leaves infected with LSV are enhanced by 24.6%,29.4%, 16.5% and 23.4%,respectively,while those of the sick lily leaves infected with LMoV are 10.6%, 18.2%,9.6% and 19.6%,respectively.It is shown that the photosynthetic physiology and antioxidant enzymatic activities of lily plant are affected by LSV and LMoV,and LMoV is more harmful than LSV in the aspect of extent of inj ury.
