农村民间组织思想政治教育功能探析——基于社会管理的视角

摘　　要：构建新型农村社会管理体制是党的十七大作出的重大决策,这一体制要求强化政府社会管理职能,培育和发挥各类社会主体的功能,实现多中心的合作共治格局。在这一格局中,把以思想政治教育为核心的软管理手段与既是治理对象也是治理主体之一的农村民间组织所具有的伦理教育功能有机地结合起来,使两者相辅相成、相互作用,不仅可以有效地克服目前农村思想政治教育在教育主体、教育内容、教育方式等方面的缺陷与不足,还能充分地发挥农村民间组织的思想政治教育功能,进而加快农村善治的实现。To construct a new rural social management system is a major decision made by the Party＇s 17th National Congress, which requires the government should strengthen the function of social management , nur- ture and play all kinds of social body＇s function,and achieve a pattern of polycentric and cooperative gover- nance. In this pattern, to combine organically the soft management tools which taking the ideological and politi- cal education as the core with the rural civil organizations＇ function of ethics education,which is the object of governance and also one of the governance body, and make the two complements going together and interacting, not only can effectively overcome the deficiencies of the subject, educational content, educational methods in the rural ideological and political education, but also give full play to the rural civil organizations＇ function of ideological and political education, thereby speed up the realization of good governance in rural areas.
