摘　　要：针对北京市南水北调工程数据分散、标准不统一、空间化程度较低及共享程度不高的问题,采用工程对象关联模型、GIS空间关系等关键技术,结合北京市南水北调办内各业务处室应用需要,提出了系统建设目标、总体框架、功能设计,建立了基于图文资源的集成服务,实现了北京市南水北调工程数据的"一张图"式管理,面向业务单位提供了灵活多样的服务模式。degree of For data of South-to-North water diversion project is scattered, standards are not uniform, low spatialization, and sharing degree is not high, using the key techniques such as project objects associated model, GIS spatial relations model, the objectives, overall framework, function design of the system were put forward, to meet the application need of the South-to-North water diversion office and subordinate units. The system established the integrated services based on graphic resources, implemented ＂one map＂ data management, provided a flexible service mode to South-to-North water diversion office and subordinate units.
