摘  要:研究橡胶树RIMM600不同浓度乙烯气刺微割系列实验,结果表明:气刺微割的干胶含量与乙烯浓度呈显著负相关(R=0.962,p=0.009),但干胶增产效应与乙烯浓度并不成比例(R=0.300,p=0.624)。胶乳中蔗糖(R=0.870)和镁离子(R=0.676)含量的变化与乙烯浓度呈一定的相关性,而无机磷和硫醇含量的变化与乙烯浓度无明显相关性。综合比较不同浓度乙烯气刺微割的干胶产量和生理参数,初步认为:40%乙烯气刺微割的干胶产量高,生理状况平稳,是一种适用于橡胶树RIMM600的气刺微割的乙烯浓度。The series of experiment involv ed micro-tapping on rubber tree clone RRIM600 with different concentration of ethylene (ETC). The results showed that the dry rubber content (DRC)of micro-tapping had significantly negative correlations with the ETC(R=0.962, p=0.009), but no correlation was observed between the increasing yield and the ETC. The decline of sucrose(SUC, R=0.870, p=0.055) and magnesium(Mg2+, R=0.676, p=0.210)were also related to ETC, while the changes in thiols(R-SH)and phosphorus(Pi)contents in latex didn't have a bearing on ETC. Based on the dry rubber yields and physiological parameters of micro-tapping with different ETC, our preliminary view is that, 40% ethylene applied in micro-tapping on RRIM600 gave higher yield and good physiological status implying physical fitness of laticifer cell, would be a practical ETC for micro-tapping on rubber tree clone RRIM600.
