摘 要:为改进和完善测定厚皮甜瓜糖度的方法,以海南生产和销售的厚皮甜瓜为材料,分析果实内糖度变化规律,以及各点位糖度与全瓜糖度关系,并构建预测全瓜糖度的数学模型。结果表明:果肉糖度分布规律为内层高于外层,近脐的中下部最高,近蒂的上部最低;果肉糖度的变化幅度为赤道方向大于脐蒂方向,并且受栽培环境和瓜形等因素的影响;通过果肉中心糖度和胎座糖度构建预测全瓜糖度的数学模型为B=0.891 6+0.734 4I+0.157 7P,模型预测值与实测值相关系数较大,说明其准确度较高。The Brix at different site in the fruit of muskmelon was assayed and a model to predict the Brix of a muskmelon, Cucumis melo L., was established. It was revealed that the Brix of the inner layer was higher than that of the outer, and that of the lower part near hilum was the highest while that of the upper part close to the stem end was the lowest. In addition, fruit sugar in the equatorial direction change was greater than the umbilical pedicle direction, and environmental factors and the fruit shape had remarkable influence on the sugar content. A mathematic model, B=0.891 6+0.734 41+0.157 7P, with high accuracy to predict the sugar content of muskmelon was established.
