芒果壮铗普瘿蚊同物异名形态结构及线粒体CO Ⅰ基因证据

摘　　要：芒果壮铗普瘿蚊是近年来在中国爆发成灾的主要害虫,2003年被命名为新种Procontarinia robusta Li,Bu&Zhang,2003。通过对其幼虫、蛹、成虫形态的电镜扫描观察以及虫瘿形态特征观察,并结合分子生物学技术测定线粒体COⅠ基因片段序列(488 bp),确定了P.robusta与早先报道的P.matteiana Kieffer&Cecconi,1907为同一物种,两者是同物异名。Procontarinia robusta Li ＆ Bu ＆ Zhang （Diptera： Cecidomyiidae） has outbroke in recent years and was defined as a new species in 2003. The morphological characteristic of larvae, pupae, adults and galls were observed by scanning electron microscope. Meanwhile, the sequence of 488 bp gene of mitochondrial CO I gene was determined to compare within different populaitons. Our study proved that P. robusta and P. matteianan are synonyms from the evidences of morphological structre and the mitochondrial CO I gene.
