摘　　要：目的调查某地区武警森林部队官兵卫生服务需求及利用情况,为进一步提高武警森林部队卫勤保障能力提供依据。方法按照多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对从武警森林部队中抽取的760名义务兵和士官进行调查。结果两周患病率为30.02%,以训练伤最常见。两周就诊率为9.97%,多数选择地方医院和营(连)卫生所(室)就诊。慢性病患病率为3.59%,以腰肌劳损多见。年住院率为2.26%,其中88.24%选择到地方医院住院。义务兵两周患病率高于士官,但慢性病患病率、年住院率低于士官。义务兵和士官两周患病率、慢性病患病率及年住院率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基层卫生服务尚不能满足官兵日益增加的需求。应加强基层医疗机构建设,积极改善医疗保障体系。Objective To Investigate the status of soldiers＇ health service demand and utilization of the Chinese People＇s Forest Armed Police Forces（ CAPF）, and provide basis for improving the medical support ability of armed police forces. Methods According to the method of multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling, questionnaire survey was conducted among 760 conscripts and non-commissioned officers （NCOs） from CAPF. Results Two-week prevalence rate was 30.02%, military training injury was the most common type of injuries. Two-week treatment rate was 9.97%, a larger proportion of those consulted local hospitals and battalion medical corpsman or clinic. Chronic disease rate was 3.59%. The hospitalization rate was 2.26%, 88.24% patients were hospitalized in local hospital. Two-week prevalence rate of the conscripts was higher than that of the NCOs, while the chronic diseases prevalence and the annual hospitalization rate were lower than the NCOs. The differences were not statistically significant among two-week prevalence rate, prevalence of chronic diseases and annual hospitalization rate （P〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The health services could not meet the soldiers＇ increasing demand. The construction of health care institutions should be strengthened, and health care system should be improved.
