银杏雄株良种选育研究

摘  要:本研究广泛选集山东省各地银杏雄株良种壮苗,建立了银杏雄株资源圃。采用完全随机区组试验设计,根据树高、主干高、胸径、树冠形状、冠幅、花穗长度、花粉量、花期等指标,参照银杏授粉用良种标准,筛选出了003号和016号两个授粉雄株品种,为将来银杏良种选育奠定了坚实基础。Improved male plants of Ginkgo biloba are collected in Shandong Province and male plant of Ginkgo biloba resource plantation is established. Adopting the random area group experiment, according to the index such as the tree's height, the trunk's height, the diameter at breast height, the crown shape, the crown diameter, the flower length, the pollen yield, the florescenee and so on and referring to the breeding standard for pollination of Ginkgo biloba, two male varieties(003 and 016) are selected which is helpful to selective breeding of Ginkgo biloba in the future.
