贵州苏铁开花结实生物学特性研究

摘  要:通过观测不同野生居群贵州苏铁种子开花频次、结实特性以及人工辅助授粉等试验,结果为:(1)贵州苏铁雄性植株基本为连年开花;雌株为隔年开花,少数为连年开花或3~4年开花;(2)自然状态下贵州苏铁单株平均结实量119.4粒,结实率为65.78%。(3)人工辅助授粉能有效提高结实率和结实量,结实率达到86.8%,比对照提高21.08%;平均结实量达399.3粒。研究结果能反映贵州苏铁开花种实特性,人工辅助授粉对有效保护物种资源和提高种群数量等提供基础数据。The flowering frequency and seeding characteristics of different wild populations of Cycas guizhouen- s/s were investigated, and the artificial pollination experiment was conducted. The results showed as follows: 1) the adult male plants blooms almost annually, while the female mainly blooms every other year and some blooms annually or blooms for an interval of 3 -gyears; 2) in the natural environment, an individual plant bears an average of 119.4 seeds with seed setting rate of 65.78% ; 3) artificial pollination can efficiently increase the amount of seeds (aver- age 399.3 seeds) and the seed setting rate reaches 86. 8% ( higher than that of control by 21.08% ) .
