摘 要:针对中波制冷型640×512凝视型焦平面探测器,设计了一款长焦距高分辨率中波红外两档变焦光学系统。该系统工作波段为3.7-4.8μm,F数为4.0,长焦距为800mm,短焦距为400mm,采用二次成像技术不仅减小了前固定组镜子的口径,而且实现了100%冷光阑匹配。系统采用锗和硅两种红外材料,通过引入非球面来校正轴外像差和高级像差。设计结果表明,系统在33lp/mm处,短焦距和长焦距的传递函数值均优于0.2,全视场畸变小于0.5%,具有结构紧凑、分辨率高、像质好等优点。For middle infrared cooled 640×512 detector with stating plane array, a middle infrared dual field of view optical system with long focal length and high resolution was designed. The wavelength range was 3.7-4.8 μm, F number was 4.0, long focal length and short focal length was 800 mm, 400 mm respectively. Reimaging technology had not only minished the diameter of front fixed group, but also met 100% cold shield efficiency. Two infrared materials Ge and Si were used in the optical system and two aspheric surfaces were used to correct the off axis aberration and higher order aberration. Moreever,the Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) was above 0.2 both the long focal length and short focal length at the spatial frequency 33 lp/mm. The distortion is below 0.5%. The results show that the middle infrared dual field of view optical system has small volume, high resolution and excellent image.
