老年非杓型高血压与ACEI/D基因多态性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年非杓型高血压患者与ACE I/D基因多态性的相关性。方法选取96例老年高血压患者应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法检测其ACE I/D基因多态性,然后对其全部进行24小时动态血压监测(ABPM),根据ABPM结果分为杓型和非杓型高血压组。结果 DD型在非杓型组比例显著升高,II型在杓型组比例显著升高,有统计学意义,ID型在非杓型组比例高于杓型组,但无统计学意义。结论老年非杓型高血压与ACE基因DD型相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the elderly non-dipper hypertensive and ACE I/D gene polymorphisms.Methods Polymerase chain reaction （PCR） technique was used to detect ACE I/D polymorphism in 96 cases of elderly patients with hypertension , then 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure of them were monitoring （ ABPM） was measured in all hypertensive patients , they were divided into dippers hypertension and non-dippers hypertension according to ABPM .Results DD genotype proportion was significantly higher in non-dipper hypertensive group , and II genotype proportion was higher in dipper hypertensive group , the differences were statistically significant .The proportion of ID genotype was higher in non-dipper group than in dipper hypertensive group , but it was not statistically significant .Conclusions There exist some correlation between ACE/DD genotype and the elderly non-dipper hypertensive .
