葶苈大枣泻肺汤联合羟喜树碱治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价口服葶苈大枣泻肺汤联合羟喜树碱胸腔内注入治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法采用口服葶苈大枣泻肺汤联合羟喜树碱胸腔内注入治疗恶性胸腔积液35例,并与单纯胸腔穿刺引流后羟喜树碱注入32例随机对照观察。结果治疗30 d后治疗组患者与对照组患者的总有效率分别为31例(88.6%)、22例(78.13%),P<0.05,对治疗有效的患者进行90 d随访后发现,治疗组与对照组治疗60 d后的复发率比较(9.7%vs 40.9%)、90 d后复发率为(9.7%vs 59.1%),两者比较,P<0.05。结论口服葶苈大枣泻肺加味汤联合灌注羟喜树碱可有效提升恶性胸腔积液治疗的有效率,有效减少60 d及90 d时的复发率,疗效满意。Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of taking pepper weed seed-red date-x iefeitang combined with HCPT injecting in treating pernicious chest filling liquid .Methods 35 patients took pepper weed seed-red date-xiefeitang and injected HCPT into the chest to treat pernicious chest filling liquid , and compared the effect with 32 patients who were treated with chest puncture drainage and HCPT injecting .Results The curative effect of treatment group was （31, 82.86%） better than that of control group （22, 78.13%） 30 days after treatment（P〈0.05）.All the patients were followed up for 90 days, the relapse rates of treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the 60th day and 90th day after treatment （9.7%vs 40.9%, 9.7%vs 59.1%,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Pepper weed seed-red date-xiefeitang combined with HCPT can improve the curative effect of pernicious chest filling liquid ,and decrease the relapse rate at 60th and 90th day, the effect was satisfied .
