摘 要:甘薯耐盐性较强,可作为开发利用盐渍地的作物,对其耐盐机理的研究具有一定的意义。对‘徐薯18’、‘栗子香’、‘胜利百号’3个甘薯品种进行盐胁迫及外源Ca2+调控试验。盐胁迫下,甘薯叶片的总氮含量、叶绿素含量、DNA含量、RNA含量和RNA/DNA值都降低,游离氨基酸含量增加,脯氨酸迅速累积。外源Ca2+处理后,同工酶种类和相对活性均较非钙处理有所增加,降低了叶片中的Na+积累,延缓了质膜的损伤,提高了甘薯的耐盐性,且不同品种表现一致。为深入研究甘薯耐盐机理奠定了基础,同时为耐盐品种甘薯的选育及高产种植提供了理论依据。In order to further study the salt-tolerance mechanism of Ipomoea batatas Lam, three cultivars,‘Xushu No 18',‘Lizixiang', and‘Shengli No 100'were used to investigate the physiological basis of salt-tolerance, and the effects after treated with Ca2+were studied. The results showed that under salt stress, thecontents of total N and Chl a, Chl b, DNA, RNA and RNA/DNA ratio in leaves were declined, free amino acidcontents were increased, and praline was rapid accumulated. After treated with Ca2 +, Na+in leaves weredeclined, ability of salt-tolerance was increased, injury of plasma membrane was delayed, kinds and activitiesof isoenzyme were increased, three cultivars showed the same. This research would be helpful to the furtherstudy of salt-tolerance mechanism of Ipomoea batatas Lam, and probably provides basic theory for its breedingandhigh-yield plantation.
