摘 要:阐述了近年来Claus尾气加氢脱硫催化剂载体的研究现状。主要介绍了Al2O3和TiO2单组分载体及Al2O3-TiO2复合载体。Al2O3载体具有比表面积大、机械性能好和容易成型的特点,应用较广,但低温加氢活性较差;TiO2载体具有较高的低温加氢和有机硫水解活性,但比表面积较小,一般以复合载体形式使用;复合载体具有较好的低温加氢活性和抗水性能,但制备工艺复杂。介孔结构不仅可以增大载体的比表面积,同时有利于分子的扩散,具有更加优异的活性。活性组分在复合载体表面呈现不同的活性状态,从而改变反应条件。如何调控Al2O3载体的孔道结构,研究复合载体各组分之间的作用及对活性组分的影响是今后的发展方向。The research status of the catalyst supports for hydrodesuffurization of Claus off-gas in recent years was reviewed.The single component supports Al2O3 and TiO2,and composite supports Al2O3-TiO2 were introduced.Al2O3 support was widely used due to its characteristics of large specific surface area,good mechanical properties and easy molding,but poor hydrogenation activities at low temperature.TiO2 support possessed higher activities of organic sulfur hydrolysis and hydrogenation at low temperature,and smaller effective reactive surface.The composite supports with better low temperature hydrogenation activity and water resistance were applied generally,but their preparation processes were complex.Mesoporous structure could improve the specific surface area of the supports,and help molecular diffusion in the channel,which made the catalyst have better activity.Active components on the surface of composite supports performed different active status,thus changing the reaction condition.How to adjust the pore channel structure of Al2O3 support and study the action among the components of composite supports and the influence on active components are the development trend in future.
